OCR is the software-driven translation of alphanumeric characters on an image into words and numbers a computer can recognize.

• ability to save you and your client the higher cost of capturing Titles, In-text Names and Keywords.

OCR, when added to an image-enabled database with a few basic coded fields, allows you to quickly perform reviews while preparing for depositions.

Technical Enhancement:

We include the programmatic removal of extra spaces and non-alphanumeric characters from each page. This results in saved storage space (as much as 70% per page), is aesthetically more pleasing, and is easier to work with when viewing search results.
